4 storage rads upstairs - one per bedroom and one on the landing ? Switch off the bedroom ones and use an extra blanket or duvet. Even more switch off the landing one as well - hot air rises from the one in the lounge.
Bring in an electrician and sort out the timeswitches ; then a plumber to fix the leaking tap.
Now what happened last summer to give the high consumption
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
I don't know what the offset payment on 21st Oct 19 was- I didn't pay it. You can see that even though back in January the bill was high, my direct debit was not increased. Would they deliberately leave me underpaying?
I don't know what it could have been- maybe the children being at home rather than at school?
We have all the heating off from Easter time

I think they've determined that that bill was incorrect, reversed it and charged you £324.82 instead.
