How do you sue Ryanair?

Options
After having sold me a ticket, Ryanair then prevented me from printing a boarding pass (ie,  prevented me from flying) until I paid the "outstanding" amount of a previous fare.  The only problem is, this amount had been refunded to me by MasterCard, so strictly speaking, they should have taken the matter up with MasterCard.  They held a knife to my throat!  So of course I paid them, but am (again) looking to recover the money.  Does anybody have any ideas?

    Report them to the Police?
Alternatively, stop being so dramatic and read this thread:

So you did get money back, money owed to Ryanair after an amendment?  Why would you be looking to recover money via a legal route if you owe them money?

A little more context about the disputed sum of money might be helpful.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Like you, I'm missing something - if Ryanair are owed money how are they at fault for recovering it ?
If Mastercard refunded the money then they have honoured their liability.
Sounds like a self inflicted problem.

You've had a poor or bad experience previously with Ryanair - yet you willingly book to fly with them again?
    You must like punishment!!
I can't help with your actual question except to say it almost certainly isn't worth the hassle. Look for the positive, take the lesson learned - and don't fly with the shonky so-called airline ever again.
The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....

Surely Mastercard would only refund because you disputed a charge from Ryanair on your card?
