Still they didnt and after 3 weeks I have received judgment for claimant ddanding me to pay full amount because the AOS form wasnt sent. Is this happened to anyone else ? What should I do? Thank you

From whom did the judgement for claimant emanate?  If from the court there appears to have been a FUBAR, get your MP on board.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Someone will comment to you shortly, first off, you do not email the AOS, did you read the Newbie section?

  • I couldn't access money claim online because of an old phone number that was put on security check and they emailed me back saying I can send the form by email.

If you filed an Acknowledgment of Service via the email address CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk, you will have received an automated reply.
That automated reply is your proof that your AoS was filed on time.
Dig it out and prove to the CCBC that as your AoS was filed on time then a mistake has been made in allowing a Default Judgment against you.

    Check your dates though.
    1) What is the Issue Date on your Claim Form?
    2) What is the date on that email acknowledging receipt of your AoS?
    3) What is the date of the Default Judgment?

MCOL claim history will show the definitive answers to 1) and 3).
  • The issue date was 31 of December still I have received it on 8th of January.  I have sent the claim form on 10th of January when I have received the automated response.

That response begs the question - did you quote your Claim Number?
  • The quote number is on the scan of the form.

That's an auto responder which says we may take ages to reply to what you've sent.
Sadly an AOS doesn't require a response. As you've failed to file a defence the claimant was entitled to apply for default judgment.

No, it was hmcts.gsi, which was replaced by justice last year - or was it the year before?

Anyway the current address is ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk
