Well done , common sense prevailed in the court , VCS lost money in foolishly taking it to court and never received the PCN charge either , so a lose , lose for VCS and JB ( you think be should have foreseen the logical outcome !!  😁😋😋😋 )

VCS lose. Another one bites the dust !!  👍👍👍

We have no idea why VCS issue PCNs at stop signs or road junctions or roundabouts or pedestrian crossings etc , even yellow lines allow a driver to stop !!

Try on. Some people will pay up. Employees targeted to issue so many PCN's per day.

Because there are no sanctions, it's a free potshot at money!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Nice result.  Did you ask for any costs?

ANOTHER VCS ONE BITES THE DUST!

No I didn't as I understood that you can only claim travel expenses and loss of wages for attending court - it was actually my sons case and he is a student.  Did I miss a trick ?
