You will have your defence to rely upon and can go through their WS and point out the errors, that's all. If the Judge lets you speak...we saw one case where the Judge was so annoyed he refused to let the Defendant speak, due to being late with their WS. Be polite at all times and hope to get a nice Judge.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK so now Gladstones has missed a) the 2pm deadline for sending me details of the conference call, and b) the 4pm deadline for sending the PDF bundle.2

It's almost as if they don't care! I would suggest an e-mail to the court but I don't know if they remain open after 16.00. It is going to be difficult for your to attend a telephone hearing if you don't have the call details.

You could also state that you sent your bundle to the claimant for them to combine and email to the court, but you have not seen that this has been sent. For reference, here again is your bundle.2 -
