For telephone hearings on BT Meet Me, the Court does not give you a number.

When the Judge is ready to start, you will get a call and an automated message asking you to state your name and press #,

You will then be joined to the teleconference, and be speaking directly to the Judge. The other side's representative (if there is one) will also be on the line.

BPs description fits with the instructions but I was supposed to receive details of the arrangements and the bundle and have received neither. I will hang on and see if they call me. If not I will call them.

OK so I didn't win. But I got a reasonable discount compared to the court claim so not all bad. 

The judge was nice and accepted my witness statement so I don't think that made any difference. Gladstones hadn't received it (found it in their junk mail whilst on the call), but I didn't receive their bundle either (as they didn't send it to me), so points dropped on both sides. A shambolic process on either side to be honest.

Yes please. We use every bit of reported court outcomes (positive or negative) to help the many others who will inevitably follow your path. 

One of the learning points from this is whenever there is a threat of court proceedings, the individual must keep on top of things until a conclusion is reached. 

Look forward to reading a more detailed account of what happened.  A court report with court location, Judge's name, court claim number, did the PPC field an advocate, what did they have to say, what did you say, what did the Judge say, on what point(s) did the Judge make his/her decision, what was the final cost order, what 'reduction' did the Judge apply, and for what reason ...... would be very helpful.

The fact htey didnt serve their bundle on you should have been a point in your favour - you complied late, they didnt comply at all.
