Defense for court claim - East Midlands Airport petrol station

I'd make it much more succinct and far less polite. 'Offer rejected, either issue proceedings to enable a Judge (or a Magistrate as byelaws apply at EMA) to resolve the issue, or cease and desist with any furthering of your spurious claim. I enclose my current 'Costs Schedule Assessment' for my work to date in dealing with this, the quantum of which will increase the longer this goes on'.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

OK thanks for the feedback. I've not yet created a cost assessment - i guess there is a post in this forum on how to do one?
Edit: @Umkomaas as per your signature - teach me to fish - why is a succinct letter preferable?0 -
Yep, it's in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post. £19 per hour litigant-in-person rate (not like some of the budding Perry Masons who come here from time to time stating £500 per letter!).LoveVCS_BFF said:OK thanks for the feedback. Easy. The more concise the letter, the more impactful it is, and the less they can twist against you.1
