  • Hi folks.  I was thinking about starting a thread with my query,  but it seems similar to what's being discussed on this one.

For years on various mobile phones I have been able to access my MS Outlook emails on them.  A couple of months ago Mrs Wild Rover gave me a new Motorola.  It was fine for a while, but for about a month or so every time I try to view emails I get a message telling me to re-enter my password.  If I say ok, I not only have to input my password, I also seem to need to put in my email address, display name, and the incoming and outgoing email servers. It is such a palaver, particularly when I am out of the house.

Anyone know what I can do to resolve this?

TBH, this doesn't sound similar at all as it's related to an app on your phone. I would start a new thread but in the meantime what app are you using to read you emails?
