They have six years in which to start a court case against you.1

Yep, most systems are still working but at reduced rate due to some people working for home including judges. I haven't read back through your thread; where are you in the process?1

If you've had no contact from PE for some months, I'd access their website, go as if to pay your PCN, and check the status of your charge. You might find that Santa has come a couple of days early! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

The website for my "case" states the "discounted" charge from earlier in the year.
Can I make a SAR again - and if it is just to annoy them - to see whether they have any more "evidence"? Would they respond / have to respond to it?

You can send a second SAR, but PE would be within their right to charge you for it. If you pay, I guess there will be little resistance in sending you all you've already had. What other 'evidence' do you think they might have? As they're a very large operator - the most prolific in the country, dealing with many SARs a day - I suspect your chances of 'annoying' them are pretty remote.Gazdok said:The website for my "case" states the "discounted" charge from earlier in the year.
