Have you ruled out iron deficiencies or thyroid problems (are you putting weight on?)? Are you actually getting a full nights sleep even if not actually in a bed? Are the kids going to bed at a sensible time? More questions than answers I know, but they are from someone who seems to have forgotten how to sleep more than 4 hours a night.

You're probably not sleeping as well on the settee all night either which will just contribute to the overall tiredness. As said get yourself upstairs much earlier and try and get a good 7 or 8 hours sleep. Once you start a routine it will become easier to follow.Decluttering, 20 mins / day Jan 2024 2/22

Maybe you are not sleeping as well as you think? Do you snore? Could be waking up multiple times in the night without realizing?
Avoid caffeine as well. I've stopped drinking caffeine after 2pm and I sleep much better now.0 -
What's your partner doing while you're playing with the kids, then the dog, then snoring away on the settee.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
More info is called for here. Before doing drastic things and rushing to your GP it can be normal to be exhausted after a days work. So in the meantime the OP should be asking themselves if this exhaustion is carried over into the weekends and or holidays. The easy things to do first are as suggested go to bed earlier and see whats happens. If that turns things around then great stuff, if not then there are raft of things to look at next, such as your diet, exercise etc. Only if these fail to work should you get more serious and investigate further.2

I used to go out to my car and have a 20-min power nap some lunchtimes.
Any more than 30 mins was counter productive though.0 -
As has been said, tiredness is normal if you have a long working day, including travelling to work as well. Again, as has been said, clean your teeth after eating (i.e. before you get so tired).., a couple of fillings is not worth worrying about. But it might be worth reviewing your brushing technique with the dentist as I assume you are cleaning your teeth in the morning (its not like you are going without brushing for days).
I also think the ideas about heading upstairs much earlier is a good idea too. When I am really tired, I go to bed early, get up early and get all the missed jobs done then.0
