Cancelling a contract with Kinex

Last week I signed up for a phone & broadband contract with Kinex. I only signed because I was told I had 14 days where I could cancel it, as I was also going to try to get a better deal with my existing supplier. I did get a better deal with my existing supplier, so I rang and wrote to Kinex to cancel the contract - this was the same day I signed the contract. After speaking to 3 people from Kinex and having written to 2 people to cancel the contract - the contract still is not cancelled 9 days later. They even rang me today saying it was not cancelled and refused to send me an email to confirm cancellation. Please can someone advise me how to get this cancelled and receive confirmation. I only have a few days left of my 14 days before they can take my business. Thanks, Paul
