Mobile trade in
Hi guys please can you help? I sent in my working iPhone to Handtec after seeing them on a mobile trade in comparison website. They offered £111 for a working iPhone 7 which is in good condition which mine is. However now they are changing the goal posts and saying they’ve found a scratch on the screen and a battery cycle mark and now only want to give me £60. I don’t recall seeing any of this on their website https://www.handtec.co.uk/ are they allowed to do this? It feels like a massive con.

They are saying not as described by you on initial web valuation .Do you have photo evidence of screen etc .0

Can you not get your phone back? You could easily sell that to some one you know for £111 as that would be a bargain for them.0
