im guessing there getting in trouble coz only 02 are allowed the iphone at the moment0

i watched it (recorded it using sky+ came on later on BBC1 SCOTLAND)
what happened was they was telling lies to customers
what they were saying to customers was to take out their insurance as they get commission and the lie they was telling was that if you lost your iphone and never had insurance you'd have to buy a new phone plus a new 18 month contract so therefore meaning you'll have two contacts with one phone
but obviously this was a lie and thats what they were getting done for0
