Issue transfering SMET2 meter to new supplier
"Thank you for understanding the
last time we spoke,unfortunately your account isn't live with us so we now
believe this to be the smets two issue. After speaking to my colleagues they
advised it is an industry wide problem however it is only affecting
certain transfer dates. I am hopeful the team will come up with a solution
soon."
I have been informed by EON who have bee very open that this is due to a B150 flow issue.
Are other people having the same problem? It's been over 10 weeks since I transfered and at the moment there is no resolution date for this issue.

Thank you for joining us and I’m sorry it’s taking so long to finalise the switch. The issue you describe with the flows (method by which suppliers communicate with one another and wider participants in the industry) is affecting a few customers and we’re working to sort this. I’ve passed this and a similar post on another thread at the link below to the area looking after this issue and asked for an update. I’ll let you know more once they’ve given me some firm details of their progress.

In the meanwhile, take a meter reading once a week and keep a record, also give Eon a reading once month
