1. Some boiler repair outfits state "parts are not available" if their normal suppliers can't supply them, even if they are available elsewhere.
2. You might find a small local firm more prepared to look for the parts.
3. If you post the make and model of your boiler, someone on here might be able to advise if parts can be obtained.
4. A better description of "boiler broken down" might also help. What were the symptoms?1 -
