It’s me! Can’t get the email to reset my account. Tried to email the forum team, got an auto response on Friday and not heard back yet. Sent a wee nudge this morning so still waiting, I expect the team are inundated with problems. 

The storm seems to have skimmed around this part of Glasgow. Saturday was awful and now we have an icy biting wind with the occasional sleet flurries. This morning I drove to Dumbarton for my cars’ annual service, mostly clear apart from a five minute snow storm - couldn’t see more than the end of the car. Then it stopped and all evidence disappeared. At my own place the roads are mostly flooded. 

I’m hoping to get my old account back soon! Meanwhile it’s lovely to be here in my new disguise.

Afternoon ! I hope this works, I have not been able to get back on since the change over on Friday and I have had to make a new account and start again despite asking  the powers that be for help (apparantly they can do noting) so all the posts and my history on here are gone ! Never mind worse things happen, hope everyone is well, off to read back now xx

Early evening all! Posting late as been busy for a hange [?]. A lovely chap came this morning to disuss nderfloor heating so we chated for a while after he said he was into gaming, 40k etc....Then after that I went to see someone about having dash cams fitted, he wasn't there so I came home and messaged him to see he'd messaged back and had popped out. Of course, then OH told me a friend was coming round but there wasn't enough soup for all thee of us, so I decied to make fajitas, had everything apart form the wraps and I had intended to come back via Lidls but went the wrong way. So I thought I might as well go back out to see the cam bloke, and come back the right way to get wraps, and that took up most of what was left of the afternoon.

Have to report, the soup was a success although I think I should have put some sage in it. I'll do that next time.

It's blowing a hoolie and sleeting and snowing and raining now, so I'm glad to not have to go anywhere until Friday..Ive got the burner on, the peppers and onons are cooking and the chicken is defrosting in front of the fire.

Happycas, slow down! Always a shock after a fall and during by the sounds of it so go careful! Hope your cat majesty tree turns up TA, Gers, nice to see you...dumpling, congrats on the weight loss...Hey everyone reading along, Monster Monday!

Oh and the wind couldn't blow down the tree in the neighbours garden despite it lashing about all over the place but it did manage to blow down my rosemary...Not happy...And I have someones felt roof in the garden....

At least you got an answer! I've heard nothing. As you say, worse things happen.
