Can't get forum on phone - how are you updating us about snagging?

Options
I realise that with the new forum you are all very busy at the moment. And there is the snagging thread which is ongoing. But I cannot access the forum at all on my iphone, just nothing loading at all.
So I was wondering how long it  might take to get any sort of answer to ongoing issues, before I give up and go elsewhere?
Any sort of plan to let forumites know if/how their problems are being addressed.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Which is why I said I realise they are busy - there was no expectation of an imminent reply from the forum team. Just putting it out there that updates on issues as and when would be appreciated.
