PCN - Letter Before Action - help

Hi everyone.
Back off holiday now.  Great news, CEL have sent a letter to discontinue proceedings (Confirmation of Cancellation).

A big massive thanks to all the people that work really hard to give advice on this forum, you clearly spend a lot of time helping people.

For those out there that think that it is too much hassle, yes I did think of giving in at various times along my journey when reading through the past forum posts, doing lots of reading and at a complete loss sometimes of how to find a certain fact or document.  However, I carried on, slowly but surely, not leaving things to the last minute, only asking the forum when absolutely necessary, and most of all believing that the parking charge was unfair for my friend.
