It should jump you to the last post you read when you open a thread. And threads are marked with a new tag on the left.0

Sadly, the new tag is showing me items before my last visit.

If you go up to the view showing your list of forums you can hit the 'cog' item on the right side to get a 'mark read'. This tells the system you have read what you want to read in that subforum so none of that will be considered 'new' any more when you come back for another visit.theGrinch said:Sadly, the new tag is showing me items before my last visit.

If you have not opened a thread, and not taken action to mark that area of the forum as 'read'... then as far as the system is concerned, that thread is still 'new' to you, even if you happen to have gone away and come back again.

Of course it does.theGrinch said:Sadly, the new tag is showing me items before my last visit.
Sadly the new forum software has no way of knowing what posts you have already read using the old forum software.
As far as the current software knows, the first time you login you have not read any posts at all, but it will learn.0
