Genuine payment to me had payment recall request from sender

I cant see what your complaint would be since the bank did nothing wrong.
Person claims scam payment with their bank. Unless the other party banks there as well. That bank has not way to contact the other party.
So they start the claim process. The other parties bank will then contact them to advise. If as above then they can counter the claim back.
Of course anyone trying it on with their bank will not be seen in a good light and will most likely end up with no account.Life in the slow lane0
