Thanks for all your help. They have reluctantly authorised a chargeback for goods not received but have told me if the retailer disputes it I’ll lose the money immediately. Doesn’t seem fair for the retailer to hold all the cards after failing to provide what was paid for.0

Have you informed the retailer in writing (email is OK) that you wish to cancel? Please answer this question - you've been asked it a couple of time already.0
