Loanguard Payment Protection with a RBS Mortgage

I have discovered a Loanguard PP with RBS. I didn't even know it existed until I started to go through all my paperwork. I have found one post from years ago where someone was repaid a lot of money on this. Anyone else have any experience that I can add to my (different) PPI claim?

You're several months too late to make a complaint.
However, should anything similar come up in the future, you would need to state the reasons why you believe you were mis sold, rather than anyone else's reasons.

My apologies, I should have said that I found this out in June, and went through the Resolver then. Despite various letters to and fro, they are saying they don't know the account number!! (Which has been given umpteen times.) Reasons given same as PPI....we didn't know about it....basically. And it would have been nice to know if anyone had tried to get Loanguard repaid and how they got on.Deleted_User said:You're several months too late to make a complaint.

It all hinges on your complaint reasons. Mis sales are not common on mortgage PPI. What was the basis of your complaint?1
