This is how to STOP receiving emails everytime you get a reply

Click on notifications,  the bell icon at the top of the page to get into the tick boxes.  There’s a column for emails and a column for pop ups, so just untick any you don’t want.

It's "bell icon" then "sliders icon".
I don't know what's wrong with "notifications" then "settings", or why "settings" is sometimes "sliders" and sometimes "cogwheel", or whether any of these icons are accessible to people with visual impairment, but it's a load of faff.

How do I stop email notifications to an old email address that's not on my profile?  I still want emails, but I'm getting them twice, so have temporarily switched email notifications off.
