Plusnet Vs coms ombudsman

Plusnet couldn't produce bills for correct tarrif for 18mths so I changed supplier. But Plusnet still carried on billing me. Finally I went to ombudsman services who arranged for final bill and 40pounds compensation in nov19. This week I got debt collection agency so I reopened my case with ombudsman services, as none of their requirements were done by Plusnet even though Plusnet wrote to ombudsman services to confirm that it had been done - stop debt, finalize acct, 40pounds compensation. My question is - what happens to Plusnet for not adhering to ombudsman services? Is there a fine ? Can I get more compensation ?

Plusnet are one of the worst managed ISPs.
I have had a lot of problems with them, 50 + disconnections between November 2018 - November 2019. and similar for the previous 12 months.
The ombudsman awarded me compensation for the period November 2017 - November 2018 but nothing for the last year despite the prolems being similar.
I have subsequently discovered that the Ombudsman service is funded by Plusnet's parent comapny BT, so along with  EE, another BT owned company, are not awarding compensation against any of them.  
I would guess your chances of any compensation are virtually nil.
I have moved to Shell Energy broadband standard contract as advised by MSE (operated through Talk Talk systems) and since November 2019 have had one minor problem, low speed of 0.6 Mbps download, obviously nothing operates at that speed, which was rectified quickly and have constantly received 3.6 Mbps.
