Did you test for usuability or just dump it on us with less usability and options ?

Options
Where are the options on each thread to -
1) go to latest post ?
2) go to last unread post ?
3) go to first post ?
Well 3) is there but as far I can see is the only option which is useless for many threads that now have hundreds of pages!
How about a post to explain if a feature has changed how to  re enable such feature or the reason why its is no longer available.

At the moment this site is unusable to me and I don't feel like trudging through every option trying to make it usable.
THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE LOOK WHICH I COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT, its about FUNCTIONALITY! WHICH IS WAY MORE IMPORTANT AND WILL LIKELY DRIVE PEOPLE AWAY

I totally agree! This has clearly not been tested properly! Being able to skip to the last page of a post is one of the most basic requirements!

Well, we do live in an age where the traditional concepts of usability and testing have pretty much been shelved.
As it stands, though, the site is pretty much unusable; it's turned my 1920x1080 monitor into a single message display with a load of colourful guff around it.
I'm not sure what library the developers have used, but I think they forgot that the purpose of a forum it to provide a vehicle to promote (written) conversation; that seems almost incidental with the current layout.

It was, imo, only tested by the developers who obviously gave themselves a big pat on the back for doing and providing a useless, user unfriendly site/job.

I would like to see the time stamp on each comp as I go back 24 hours each day to make sure I'm up to date. Also when you hovered over the links on the previous system a pop up appeared to give you some details of the comp, this has disappeared which is frustrating.
