Page numbers and sorting by newest or title

They're working on it, it's not available at the moment.
You could do a search in the meantime, so search for E: 07/02 should give you the results for ending today.

Ie : https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/search?adv=1&search=&title=E%3A+07%2F02&author=&cat=72&tags=&discussion_d=1&within=6+months&date=today

Re page numbers - I can't see the blank box where you could input a box number and go to that box. I go in order of posting, always behind, and easily found the box containing the post I was up to, e.g. it might be 2nd Feb at 22.07 in box 36. I might take 30 seconds to hit on the right box, but now it seems to be numbers 1 to 7 then box 135; nothing in between. I appreciate it's been a task for organisers but this is quite basic I'd have thought?

No, that goes up to years ago, nothing remotely recent. The forum said data was july 2017 , which is useless.

Just type it into the URL field?
If you're on page 5, the url in the address bar will be : https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/categories/competitions-time/p5
So just change the p5 at the end of the URL to p38 or whatever page it is you want to go to

Yeah i know it is but I think the main point at least with me is that you don't move a forum from a tried and tested place and formula until you have everything sorted. You don't move it and then say we'll be adding this or that in time. Make sure it's all sorted before the move not after. For most of the sections on MSE it wouldn't be such a big problem but it does create huge problems on the comp forum itself.
