Does the comp-liment button even do anything, can posters even tell that people have pressed it for them?

If you go into your own profile, and scroll to the bottom, you can see how many thanks and comp-liments you have received on the new forum.  I would like to see an entered button on comps as I use it as a bookmark tool especially in the TAB/Puzzer/Advent threads, not so fussed about receiving thanks and/or comp-liments, but I would like the feature back in some format so that I can see where I am up to.

Is possible to delete notifications already received? Just want to clear notification messages list.

To opt in for emails from MSE. Click on profile and edit preferences. The same will apply if you wish to opt out @COLINWXM

Im still not getting the daily comp email. Only getting emails from posts I can bookmark like this one for example. Guessing they still havent found a way to do it yet?

Hmm, just posted a comp on the wrong board and noticed that we no longer have a list of the BGs at the bottom of the main board. Something that's incredibly useful when you need one of 'em!

EDIT: I've found a list, but one where it used to be would be bloody useful.

It’s being worked on and should be fixed and visible to members soon.
