In my post on 7 February at 3:02PM (that's a link - click on it) I explained how to send a copy of your completed DQ to the Claimant.

    Here it is again...
    4. Send a copy of your completed DQ to the Claimant - to their address on your Claim Form.

    Hi all
What do you guys think of BW Legal's response to my defense claim? Is it viable?

The code of practice has no legal standing, is self serving, and imo nearly always unreasonable  They have offered no proof that they are rightfully there.  In other words the usual BWL bovine excrement.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
