Defendant !!! 8220;was the registered keeper and/or the driver of the vehicle(s)!!!8221;.
You need to remove these extra !!! and numbers as they were left over from a forum glitch a couple of years ago.
    6. Furthermore the signage is displayed in a way that isn't seen when entering the car park and only accessible at certain areas of the car park. This leaves a large portion of the car park inaccessible to the signage, and in certain cases allows the user of the carpark to enter and leave without seeing the signage
This does not make sense. Do you mean the signs were not VISIBLE rather than accessible? I would rewrite this.

You need to check out the Abuse of Process thread by beamerguy and use the comment by Coupon-mad at post # 14 of that thread as extra ammunition for your point 9. Also you could read threads by CEC16 and basher52.

£4.82 is interest at 8% per annum and I'm guessing the extra £30 because I failed to pay the PCN within 28 days.

So it went from £40 to £70, I'll need to look at older letter which I don't have access to atm.

Most judges ignore the interest. We need facts, the actual price of the ticket .... how much was it
  • I've changed point 6 thanks for pointing that out.

    Try this: -

It's a free carpark, you're allowed to stay for up to two hours. The car park was for a supermarket and uses ANRP to determine to who comes and goes.

originally thought it was the hotel parking as my hotel was nearby.

I didn't realize there was a time limit, as it wasn't clear on the sign coming in.

I didn't buy a ticket as I mentioned I originally I thought it was my hotel carpark, and there was no signs indicating a parking limit was required. My hotel is nearby and I was given a parking pass.

When I got the ticket, I investigate and there was a sign which is only visible when you leave the supermarket.
  • I would post the image if I could, unfortunately I have a newbie status.

You are not understanding, you have a claim for parking and that ticket was either attached to your car or sent by post.
Nothing to do with NOT paying
