    £100 ticket plus court fees comes to about £175. Before reading the Protection of Freedoms Act (hopefully you won't have to) can you tell us did you miss type your reg number?

    The new code of practice says they should only charge £20 for this.

    Does that really matter, the CoP's currently in operation are not the law and are not a contract for the motorist

    The CoP's just gives their own members a chance to add to profits and defy POFA2012 and the ruling in the Beavis case

    The CoP's to the motorist are meaningless
