Afternoon all ( or is it evening now ?)
I was going to waffle about my spanish inquisition ..... sorry meant medication review, but in light of Redruby's news, I have decided against it.
Redruby I'm so sorry that you have had that distressing news. I haven't had that news myself, but I have had a supporting role for 5 years with Mr Fix It, who has incurable C. I can only offer you my support too and as many gentle hugs as you can take. Please PM me at anytime.
    Take care all

Gers - I’m currently having problems with my shoulder and waiting on physio, do you think the sports massage helps.

Oh, if you don't know what's wrong with your shoulder I'd hold off until you do. If the problem is mechanical then a deep tissue massage may not be good. My problem is muscular, too many tight knots which need to smoothed out, easier than it sounds. I've taken a couple of painkillers now!

The best person to ask would be your doc. Hope you get it sorted soon.

I've got the final pile of papers to shred. DM's payslips from 1960s and tax documents from early 1990s onward. Because they all say 'keep this document safe' she did just that. :rotfl:
