Do tell us which Judge and court.
DDJ Moore, at the County Court at Bristol, Bristol Civil Justice Centre.
Forgot to say before, i also asked at the end of the hearing if the claimant could remove all the data they held on me which they unlawfully gathered which the judge agreed with. Ive just received the order from the courts and it states "The Claimant is to remove all data held by them that has no lawful exception relating to XX and vehicle VRN XXX." Thought this could help others who are in a similar position to me.
In terms of receiving the awarded costs, do these companies usually play ball and pay within the agreed time? Im assuming they dig their feet in and delay it as much as possible? Can they counter claim?

I believe they usually pay up, but not always on time. Sometimes they have to be reminded.
They can't counterclaim but they can appeal the decision.
If they don't pay on time, send them a reminder giving them say seven days to pay or you will take action. Point out the consequences of them receiving a CCJ that could affect their ability to obtain credit.
If they still don't pay then get a court order to obtain payment/seize goods.
Send an SAR in about a month to see if they still have your data. If they do, complain to the judge and the ICO including a copy of the judge's order.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
Great, can you show us the Order with your name covered, even if you prefer to wait till you get the payment?
Sounds like that Order may be useful for others.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well done. That was a good result. There seems to be quite a bit of no- shows and discontinuances at the moment.

It would be so easy for the Claimant to take part in a telephone hearing, but of course that leaves them open to questioning on their Witness Statement and they wouldn't want that.5
