Looking to visit our first greek island but dont know which to choose, please help

And how hard?

TUI have flights from MAN to Rhodes and Crete (Heraklion) on 14th July.
There's only one airport on Rhodes so I'd expect the flight to land there.
There may be flights to Chania (Crete's other airport) on 14/7 but I didn't check that far.
Not sure about Kos.

Not looked at other holiday companies/airlines but the OP has a number to check out.

If the departure date is fixed, the OP will obviously have less options than if they are flexible by a couple of days.

Crete actually has 3 international airports, but I don't think the smaller one (Sitia) has any flights from the UK.

I'm not even sure that poster is looking for flights to anywhere.

They just asked "how do you get to Crete, Rhodes or say, Kos?".

It's a bit of a hijack of the OP's thread - but not sure they're coming back.
I'm going to Crete (Chania) in June and Kos end of August.
Both from Birmingham, flying TUI and Jet2.
Where have you looked so far?
Flights and holidays are out there.
Your biggest decision is probably which resort to choose.

I didn't want to book a package.

I looked on Flightradar at the three islands and the airports on the three islands and didn't see any dep or arrivals to or from the UK.

That’s because it is the winter.  Few if any ex U.K. flights fly to the Greek Islands between November - April.

Flightradar24 is more a here and now source.

Try Skyscanner.net for your search but be careful of clicking on random advertised links to booking sites.

We'll, you now know that's clearly wrong because there are arrivals and departures to and from the UK.
Maybe you'd be better talking to a travel agent if you're having problems finding flights when they clearly do exist.
