Thats the address that i need. My mums not said she can phone tomorrow and ask them to do it over the phone but i feel like the letter the CAB wrote is wasted now
I did a mandatory reconsideration , and appealed that decision also. If I were you, I'd email the adresss I gave as they will help.
How many days have you got left?0 -
If the DWP are good at anything it's losing post. If you have to post it ensure you take a copy beforehand0

Its making me so anxious that they arent gonna get it in time. I got my decision on the 10th January0

So true . It's a complex system with people dealing with you from all over the uk , with different job coaches and random notes from ballymena to Cardiff on your journal and by post .
Il stop now , and avoid ranting0 -
Why not send email tonight , and phone first thing in the morning ? You can phone on Thursday also .
If you have all your stuff ready to go, you could post on Thursday and get proof of post from your post office .
Once posted, you could put a note in your journal advising them that you have posted etc .0 -
Im scared of posting it now incase they dont get it in time0
-
Post a note in the journal saying you want an MR and that you are sending additional information to the FREEPOST address.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
-
Just go to your local jobcentre tomorrow and get them to create the MR request and then ask them to scan and attach the letter etc to the ALP they have created.0

Thanks for everyones help. Ive managed to get an appointment for friday and they said they can do the MR then. 😊0
