Does anyone know the address to send my mandatory reconsideration? I phoned UC and they said its usually done on the phone and the job centre said to write in my journal but i really need to send it today.

I can’t find an address. uC seems to be set up for MR to be posted in journal or done by phone. I would prefer to post in journal so there is a record rather than doing by phone. If you need to send in supporting information the helpline should give you an address.

The reason i was gonna post it is because the CAB typed up a letter for me to send and i think its too long to be posted in my journal as they only allow 1000characters?0

I posted in my joirnal when i got the decision on the 10th jan and explained why i wanted one and they just ignored the message.
Its really confusing as the Uc helpline told me different things and no one seems to look at my journal. I cant do it by phone as i have anxiety.
Im running out of time as they say you only have a month0 -

I hope the information I give here is correct .
I'm in the process of appeal myself and have been pushed from pillar to post with the universal credit System last year .
I have retrieved an acknowledgement from HM Courts And Justice acknowledging my appeal, and the letter is dated 15/11/2019
Bear in mind that the great folk at citizens advice posted my appeal.

The appeal comes after the mandatory reconsideration.
OP you could have gone into your local jobcentre and seen the front of house staff, they would/should create the the MR to-do and coudl have scanned and attached your letter to it so the DM could see it straight away.0 -
Im not as far as the appeal stage yet. Did you do a mandatory reconsideration?
Thats the address that i need. My mums not said she can phone tomorrow and ask them to do it over the phone but i feel like the letter the CAB wrote is wasted now0
