The SAR will get that info, all photos and all the letters/PCN.

See NEWBIES thread. All covered there already, including how to find the email.

CP Plus are are bluff and bluster. I can't recall a single case they've taken to court. They threaten lots but do little.

    Right, now read this
UPDATE REGARDING DCBL (Direct Collection Bailiffs)
If you have received a letter from these people, please carefully
    read this thread

As DCBL are also legals, they will send a "letter before claim" which must give you 30 days to respond and provide proof of their claim. Somewhat difficult going back 2014

The 14 days is a debt letter to ignore .... BUT if you don't want to ignore them, reply by asking on what legal authority they have to add £70 plus VAT .... THEY DON'T .... their reply will be of interest to a court as it is against POFA2012 and the ruling of the Supreme court

If they ignore you and start on the serious bit, a "letter before claim", you can do the same

By now, DCBL should be aware of the spanking the courts are giving dodgy legals

You must not put up with rubbish from DCBL
  • Thank you for all of your responses. I feel that I am better equipped, with your help, to deal with the situation.

    Many thanks
