Edf electricity no usage 12 months
We changed to Edf in dec2018 switched from green energy, everything went ok,paying just over £100per month gas/electricity, meter man came to read meter. Turns out he couldn't get a electric reading so we have now £1000 in credit
They had engineers visit said cant change meter non in stock 3 months ago.
We want change to another supplier as our 12 months is up?
