Can I end a business finance lease?

Hey, looking for some advice please!
My husband is self employed and took out a car for his business in the business name under a ‘finance lease’
The car is too expensive and not practical for what we need. It is a 60 month contract and we are 24 months in now. Is there any way we can end the contract under specific sections without having to pay the car off by selling it?

Is the business a limited company?
Is the agreement definitely finance lease as opposed to contract hire or lease purchase?0 -
Why is this in the Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning board?
You will get more responses on the motoring board but I suspect the answer will be check the contract and see what it says about early termination. I doubt there is any way out without it costing you a fair sum of money.0
