    You just appeal however the PCN tells you to, might be to TNC, might be to P4P.

    There is no need to complain to the BPA if this is the first letter. Appeal it as keeper.

    You know there is a template appeal. You saw it when you read the NEWBIES thread first, before posting.

    OK, then I'm not sure how we've got to 15 posts about a bog standard NTK issued by TNC who are clearly just doing the back office 'work' & getting the DVLA data, as they usually do for P4Parking.

    Clearly this is the NTK. Yes they add a sum they can't but we've seen this before.

    It's clear this is the first letter and it says how to appeal. You know from the NEWBIES thread what to submit as the keeper's appeal. There's nothing different about this.
