Search the forum for Airport defence Ransomes as there was one written in 2019 including the Ransomes and Jopson cases to trump the truly AWFUL and non-persuasive VCS v Ward, where the Appeal Judge was horribly led into error.

    2. The facts are that the vehicle, registration XXXX, of which the Defendant is the registered keeper, was not using London Southend Airport access roads on the material date.
You state the above quite categorically denying the car was using the roads at Southend Airport but then go on to give a full description of the signage.  How can this be if the car was not there?

@keithp Thanks for that information i was unaware of this, i will change this area to read something along the lines that claimant does not have the right to pursue the keeper as there is no keeper liability removing the part about any FOPA breach. Just to confirm so that I don't get my wires crossed, there is no breach of any kind even though the claimant is pursuing the registered keeper and not the driver?

@Le_Kirk you are quite right this is a mistake on my behalf, I will rewrite to the following
'2. The facts are that the vehicle, registration XXXX, of which the Defendant is the registered keeper but not the driver, was using London Southend Airport access roads on the material date.'
