How to complain about Hermes?

Hi

I recently used Hermes to deliver a package and the service was so poor that the package has only just been delivered (and so now Ive been giving negative feedback on ebay becuase the delivery was a couple of day late!)

I cant find an email address anywhere on their website to complain to them or initiate contact. Does anybody have it?

Thanks

First check the tracking on Myhermes site to see why your parcel was delayed, it might be your customer's fault and not Hermes. Tracking on Hermes is more detailed than Ebay tracking. Hermes have live chat or you can open a help request, if you registered for an account when booking just log in and on the my account drop down list click my support tickets. Phone number for help is 0330 333 6556 but you are charged so not worth using. If Hermes are at fault you may be able to claim compensation for late delivery.

  • A truly dreadful company to contact. I hope this will help you and everybody else get their attention.
Buried in the small print of their ridiculously long T's and C's is their address

Hermes, Capitol House, 1 Capitol Close, Morley,  Leeds, LS27 0WH

Give them as much stick as you can and publish this address on Facebook and all the forums until they get the message.

    Good luck everybody

You know this thread is a year old? the OP has likely resolved their issue so you are just posting spam really.
