    Guys, I've been reading the recently enacted Transport (Scotland) Act 2019 which came into law on the 15th November 2019.

    Part 8 is the part that deals with parking on private land and it brings Scotland into line with the rest of the UK. Note the date it is effective from, the law is not retrospective.
