Three mobile contract problem

I upgraded my Three contract for a iPhone 11 at end of November 2019 for £49 a month. I have copy of contract.
First payment in December came out a £86 I thought possibly because I upgraded in middle of month and was being charged extra. In January 2020 was charged £91.
I contacted three shop and they said they would email three and rectify it. To date no response. On Monday I put in a complaint online. To date no reply.
Can anyone help me as to what my rights are. I am going to contact three again today. Thanks

Maybe call three up and see what wrong and also try the 3 app and see if you have any charges0

Just call them and complain, their phone lines have close to no on-hold time.0

Cassie1930 Hi did you manage to find out what these charges were & did 3 sort them out for you? I am considering a new pay monthly contract with 3 also for iPhone 11. I have done some research & must admit mixed reviews on 3 but then TBH similar reviews for all networks. Your overcharges concern me but I am hoping there was a reason or just a blip & they have solved it for you! Are you happy with the phone & contract now?0

You say "if you really want to save money" and then link to a phone that costs between £440 and £550?will-he-payitoff said:If you really want to save money have a look at thisThen get a sim only- How much will it cost? Around $570/£440/AU$850 for the base model and $715/£550/AU$1,063 for the Pro variant
