Please .... the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, second post, contains all the information you need. Of all the sticky advisories, the one outlining the court process (IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT YOU MUST DO AND BY WHEN!) is by far the most detailed. Written by legally qualified, court advocate 'bargepole' it also contains pictures of the forms and how to complete them, step by step.charlieb0805 said:Thanks for the insight. At this stage I am required to complete a small claims Directions questionnaire by the 29th June. I'm wondering what the process is from here, if I send the template letter above to them does this run alongside the claim ? Do I use this as evidence at the hearing? I'm want to make sure I proceed properly.
ThanksPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Many thank for your advise
