We've been pleased with Vanguard, I only moved my pot as the flat fee at II is cheaper once you get over £160K.
That said, VG will only ever be £100 more expensive per year.
VG now accept in-specie transfers if you hold their funds with another provider, so you don't have to sell and then re-buy their funds.If it's not adding up, compound it!3 -
Thanks Grogged. I will ring up my provider for my smallest pot and find out what their options are and how they compare. We are currently both basic rate tax payers so weighing up the benefit of the extra growth you get and the money from tax relief - versus the freedom to access funds below age 55 or after tax free if in an ISA. Hope to make serious savings / mortgage neutral plans come the summer.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

@longway2go as of 10am I have a shed! 😃😃😃
Only took them 30 minutes and it looks good.
Already been given a list of what to put in it, guess I'll need to change my weekend plans and stay at home...🙄If it's not adding up, compound it!5 -

Fun weekend spent filling the new shed with stuff and creating space to move my desk.
This will be an ongoing project as I had to order more plastic boxes to safely store what we had in the house.
But that's for next weekendIf it's not adding up, compound it!4 -
It's good to make a difference somewhere during these weird times. Congrats on getting things sorted.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
