You've both obviously come through some difficult times and come out the stronger for it.
I've no doubt at all you'll achieve your goals as well.

    Disaster!
We've lost the stopper for the hot water bottle...☹️
...I personally think the brownies or elves stole it😡
MrsG authorised purchasing a replacement, with cosy cover.
(hmmm, is MrsG a suspect? no, don't go there!...)

TT news isn't looking much better for tomorrow either, the round to nearest £5 rule, means it will be 20p...

And it rained, a lot, then rained again in case we missed it.

That really is bad news, mines had a lot of use recently. I’m glad a replacement has been authorised!!

Oof. This would definitely be disastrous in our house! That being said, we have multiple hot water bottles, so the loss of one probably wouldn't be too terrible.

You do know that as soon as the replacement is bought & the stopperless bottle is binned that the stopper will turn up don't you?
I speak from experience obviously, not of a hot water bottle but the principle is the same.

I was instructed in no uncertain terms to buy two...
But you're right, I expect to end up with 2.5, depending if I have enough courage to throw the bottle away!

Is there not a company that just sells stoppers? I feel like there'd be a market for that kind of thing! It would be a true disaster in our house, I rely on one heavily during health flare ups AND for cosy winter snuggles!

I did see some stoppers for sale, but wasn't sure if they would fit.
I may end up with three usable bottles with two stoppers, or I may not...
    I wasn't feeling that lucky! 😆
