    Looks like it to me...

And 2 shower curtains? - I've never seen that before!
Nothing unusual in that - I have two shower curtains round my bath. Unless you go custom made, off the shelf curtains are not wide enough to go the full length & width of a bath.

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

Is there a thread where people can post properties which aren't weird for more experienced heads to critique?

I would think “have a look at this” covers everything.

I have seen some small studio flats but this takes the Jimmy, the service charge ain't too bad and only £25 PM council tax but £275000 for a flat that is smaller than some bedrooms I have seen.  There is a famous local shop across the road, I think it would be dearer than your average "local" or "express" though.https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/122619884#/floorplan?activePlan=1&id=media0&channel=RES_BUY
Make a great airbnb and with the advantage of a concierge to look after the keys.

Kitchen is a bit odd, but not as odd as the shed!  Carpets could do with a bit of a run over with a vacuum...
