Anyway, fairly decent illustration of why we have planning permission rules concerning overdevelopment of one's plot.  Not sure what the Aussie situation is, however that place seems a clear flouting of what is sensible.  Bits of it look rather like a prison, too.

A house that poses more questions than it answers: why the plethora of swivel chairs in the kitchen?  Why the mannequin?  And, most significantly, how in God's name did they get the lorry into the back garden?  There's no vehicular access at the rear, check on Street View!

No doubt an estate agent could have done better, but probably largely as a result of saying "for gawd sake have a tidy up before I photograph that"

I was going to say the good point is vehicle access to the back garden, but reading the post above, I am no longer sure of that.

Or a more sensible guess might be via Balmoral Ave and the green corridor.

It’s ‘currently tenanted’.  By some sort of scrap dealer looking at the back garden !
