That's not a bedroom, it's literally impossible to fit a bed in there.

If anyone has watched the video, the walk through the modernized downstairs to the clapped out kitchen is quite a surprise.  Took me back to childhood and shopping for second hand cars.  We'd enter the forecourt and marvel at the gleaming chrome of the Mercedes, the sharp lines of the Rovers and the sleek Granadas at the front; my father would hustle us past and then on through the middle bit with the nice Sierras and Cavaliers to arrive, finally, at the very back where the mechanic and his mate would desperately be trying to bump start a mark one Escort with rust up to the windows, an aerial made out of a wire coat hanger and bumpers held on with string.  

'That could be ours,' my father would say.*  

*I'm exaggerating, but you get the idea.
