May need a new front door here, something a little more posh.

Looks like it has been done up cheaply to sell, using whatever materials they can get cheap.markin said:May need a new front door here, something a little more posh.

In the kitchen, the white floor tiles clash with the cream cupboards and the blue wall tiles would be better placed in a bathroom.
The bathroom uses the same tiles as the kitchen. I don't know what is lurking around the corner in the bathroom, but it is a very odd place to put the main electric fuse box. Is it even allowed to have a fuse box in the bathroom?
Very old carpet on the stairs with the anyglypto wall paper. The lounge radiators positioned in the patio door alcove is also odd, will the rest of the room get warm?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Very deceptive interior compared to the outside. I have no words for the horse in the front garden, other than to insist the sellers take it with them!Dandie89 said:Spot the Peaky Blinders https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/131168411

Sales blurb reckons there is enough space to put a washing machine in there (and plumbing in place for one). But with the CU there, I suspect it wouldn't be practical. If it wasn't for the cheap makeover, location, and price, I might have been tempted.Oh, and the steps up to the doors front & side - Just asking for trouble.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

The early 90's just called. They want they décor back.
I'd consider it if they left the hi-fi though...

Absolute calamity - the design and how it's been furnished. I guess we all have different tastes, but this flat is horrifically lacking in taste and panache.Patr100 said:Flat available at the top of the St Pancras station building.
